Biofeedback
Biofeedback is a therapeutic tool which provides information in order to help individuals improve self-regulation skills. As training progresses, individuals learn to use the information from the instruments to assist them in discriminating between tension and relaxation.
Supportive Relationships
There is an increasing correlation between supportive relationships and health. Relationships provide a well needed stress buffer and help to fulfill a very important human need. Often being with others helps to balance the focus between oneself and others.
