ARE CAUGHT IN A STRANGLEHOLD-PROSE BY CHERYL V.

ARE CAUGHT IN A STRANGLEHOLD

Are caught in a stranglehold; no longer can any good in your world be unfolded
Cannot let go of your world; can not seem to with the flow any longer
Your world’s becoming so close around you; causing you to turn blue
Cannot run or hide anymore; are doomed being your world cannot move
Are stuck just where you are; cannot make any effort to go any farther
A stream just beside you, has you in its’ grip; have slipped in the goodness of life
A wind force has taken over your being; are far away from feeling any relief
A stream has gotten you caught in it; it has made its hit on your whole being
Unfortunately it has caused you to have no more feeling; are not able to even move
A wind force won’t let you go; no longer can you get high in life as you are too low
A stream has turned furious; are sinking into water while being surrounded by fury,
By a wind encircling its’ thrust around you; have lost all view of earth
Are a ways under water; have no way of getting out; cannot seem to scream for help.
the wind and stream have taken over; your world has closed in around you
Are immersed in a lot of pain; being inside a corrupt world, turned you sad
Are set up to be a goner; your world has been causing you to be caught in one place
And it made you think, you had a good life; your world’s trying to bring you to fate
As you’re being carried downstream; at the end of it, you are going to be drowned
Are caught in a phantom of fate; you spell determined what will happen in the end
Some mean quicksand is takeing you under; so your life is going to end up in pieces
May not believe it, but it appears, that you are caught in your phantom forever
Being you have taken a big fall in life; water around you is rising higher and higher
Once you’re struck by lightening, you’ll be swallowing a lot of water amidst fire
Are close to choking to death; soon there’s going to be nothing left of your world
Are helpless as you’re sinking in quicksand; life’s slipping away before your eyes
Earth has taken a strong hold on life, void of action; area caught in a stranglehold
