Thoughts for the Day

For one thing, this rainy weather may make you sleepy. I know it makes me, feel that way. So, what I do to put up with this sleepy feeling, is try to do some meditation in the morning on the way to the clubhouse, and also, on the way home, too. It, really, does a lot to help my energy. So, the next time, any kind of weather makes you, feel sleeply, try some meditation, yourself, like I do to music. It'll make you feel less sleepy, but you may find, that you'll need to meditate at least twice or more times during the day and maybe the night too to help that groggy feeling besides having, especially, that morning coffee.
