OUT OF THE QUESTION BY CHERYL V.

OUT OF THE QUESTION
Suicide is out of the question
But depression has gone abreast
You think you are feeling the dark side
And you’re finding yourself, sliding
Life has no power to slip underneath your fingers
But sadness continues to linger
Causing your friendship to go on the edge
But there’s no way
That darkness can cause your inner world to sway
So what is there to do?
With your life, so inside your mind is a clue
To your story which involves around a past feeling of kidnapping
Think about that past relationship
Allow it to take you for a ride to your past
Concentrate on this thought to fast
Take you through the time
When darkness entered your inner being as some crime
This tall guy matches that world
This haunted your life so much in a whirl
That you felt overtaken by some strange force
This wouldn’t let you go forward
So you were stuck in this unknown world on a path
And one which led you, nowhere like a stranger, full blown
Into danger, that you couldn’t go with the flow
Your head kept spinning, caught in a fog
So great that it was as if you were waterlogged
This strange guy had you by the eye of a tiger
Which he was, then, in all respects, a fighter?
To keep you as his own bait
Which if he never left you could have brought you to fate
Owning and using you became his great debate
In reality, he never would have been a good mate
In the long run if he would have forced you into marriage
Because, quickly, you would have fell out of the carriage
